JO DERBYSHIRE
Jo Derbyshire is the Chief Executive Officer, leading the commercial development of the Company, including developing strategic partnerships, licensing technology and sales.  Jo was formerly Director of Intellectual Property at Loughborough University and MD of Loughborough Enterprise Ltd and Loughborough Innovation Centre Ltd.  Jo is also Director of Knowledge Enterprise Networks Ltd and Derbyshire Associates Ltd.

YIANNIS VARDAXOGLOU
Prof Yiannis Vardaxoglou, the Technical Director leads the R&D activity for the Company.  He is also Head of Electrical & Electronic Engineering and leads the Wireless Communications Research at Loughborough University.
